Shelter Spruce Up Service Project

The John Carroll Society participates in one-day hands-on service projects that involve weeding, gardening, painting, and other activities intended to clean, beautify and otherwise "spruce up" locations that serve the community.

The John Carroll Society has volunteered at the Gift of Peace Hospice run by the Missionaries of Charity, the Adam's Place Shelter, as well as the 801 East Men's Shelter run by Catholic Charities.

Members of the John Carroll Society and friends gathered for a Lenten service project to spruce up the Catholic Charities Adam's Place Shelter, a home for men near Union Market.
