Mission
The John Carroll Society includes lay men and women, drawn from all areas of the professional and business life in the Metropolitan Washington Area, united in their desire for an ever deepening and enriching knowledge of the Faith and in service to the Archbishop of Washington. The Society promotes the enhancement of spiritual, intellectual and social fellowship among its members and guests.

October 05, 2008Red Mass 2008The Society sponsored the 55th Annual Red Mass & Brunch on October 5 with principal celebrant, Archbishop Donald Wuerl, and homilist, John Patrick Cardinal Foley. The Pro Bono Legal Network honored three area lawyers and one law firm.
September 24, 2008JCS Lecture at St. Matthew’sSpeaking to more than 300 members and guests of the Society on Sept. 23, CUA President, David O’Connell, C.M., opened the Lecture Series, "The Journey Continues: St. Paul Today." He spoke on three aspects of Paul – the man, his mission and his message.
